The blue rubber handle in the picture is used to adjust the groove angle of the plate.
The nut on both sides of the dial is sent to adjust the handle to adjust the groove angle.
The yellow rubber wheel seen in the picture is the lower rubber wheel. There are two black plastic rotating
handwheels under the white board.
When the hand wheel is rotated, the lower rubber wheel will rise, thus holding the steel plate.
